Now something is happening in Laos, we have signed all the papers, and are now ready to look for investors to this Venture.

This is a very good investment, we have calculated a 20 - 30 % payback on the investment. Before we start to earn money in this project we need investors, Wood Chips is the first business we start in Laos.

This view is what we will see from our Green City Eco Baan, You can be a part of Eco Baan,  2 different ways, you can invest in a house, and use it the rest of your life, or you can invest in the project, this will give you the opportunity to use one ofour investor houses for 1 - 2 weeks yearly.
The investment is very good and can gain in value over the years too come, but the main idea with this project is to help developing a new way of building houses in the future. The idea is that this green city eco baan shall be the first of many, our hope is we can build green cities all over the world.

3 - 5 % of all income will be placed in a green fond, the fond will build new Eco Baan Cities, it will educate local people to be environmental engineers. (read More in the Pages)

Green City in Thailand:
Green City Eco Baan in Thailand, this will be a small city near by the sea and with a good mountain view. Eco Baan will be build with technology we have developed in house, through the last 25 years.

The houses will be low energy houses. The waste water from the houses will be reused. (you can read more about this venture in the pages at the prong page, named Green City.

Wood Pellet Factory In Laos:
This venture is ready for investment, the oil price have done that this venture is a very good investment. We have secured over 80.000 hectare forest to cut. This sounds very bad because all are talking about forest is cleaning the air, and all are talking about it will harm the world if we cut the forest.

All this is true, but this project is not only to cut the forest down, The area we cut shall inside the next 5 to 7 years be a modern hydro powerplant, who shall produce green power to people in Laos. (read more in our pages)

Wood Chipping Industry Laos:
This venture is like the pellet venture to cut trees down, but in this project we cut one tree and our customer plant 2 - 3 new trees per cut tree, so this will not harm the environment, we think it will help the environment.

Green Power is one of the future solutions to decrease pollution. The wood chips will be mixed with coal, and used in conventional power plants. 10 to 20 % wood chip mixed with coal will be the right mix for the future.

Why will this project decrease pollution?
All the wood we cut will be transformed to wood chips, the wood chips will be used of coal fired power plants, we mix coal and wood chips and burn it, this will decrease the polution. We think it is very good for our environment.

We will cut old forest and companies will plant new trees insted. The new trees we plant on the land will be another kind of tree. The new trees with be eucalyptus, a fast growing tree, used to produce paper.

The trees we cut will inside 2 years grow to a size where we can cut again and use it to reduce pollution. (read more go to pages and find Lao projects)
